ComBaCD visited by SONNE International and YPSA Team

visitor in a group photo Educational program for the indigenous children under “Community Based Child Development Program - ComBaCD” project implementing in Alikadam Upazila of Bandarban Hill district since February 08 by YPSA with the support from SONNE International, Austria. Mr. Erfried Malle, Secretary General of SONNE International and YPSA officials visited ComBaCD Project activities and joined in a Coordination meeting and Refreshers training for the School teachers on 27th October 08 .

World White Cane Safety Day 08 observed

Rally With the support of YPSA, a total of 30 self-help organizations for the persons with disabilities based on Shitakund observed World White Cane Safety Day 08 at Shitakund on 15 October. This day is observed to raise social awareness among general public to make a smooth movement for the visually handicapped people and to make them more conscious of the white cane as a mobility aid.
