Andrew,

I have Windows Live Mail 2011, which is ribbonised rather than having
traditional menus. I could import my contacts by going to the Home tab, Import,
and choosing "Address Book for current Windows user". The keystrokes for this
were Alt, H, TI, UpArrow, Enter.

To change which messages go into the Junk folder, I could go to the Safety
Options (Alt, F, O, S) and choose a different radio button on the Options page.

Steve
