[access-uk] windows 7 and outlook

Hi
have jut installed windows 7. have installed office 2003 including outlook. 
However, when trying to sending an email from one contact to another to test 
the system we get the following error message:
an error occured while attempting to open the windows address book unable to 
find the wab dll.
anyone got any ideas what we may be doing wrong?
