Well the dongle, it looks like a memory stick, something like that, but as 
far as I can remember unfortunately the JAWS one does not come with a cap to

protect the USB connection if you aren't using it. At the price of JAWS I 
decided not to have a dongle because I was too scared, probably a bit 
irrationally, that somehow it could be lost, damaged or stolen or something,

and then you'd have to pay all that money for just another small thing like 
that, so I prefer the jaws you activate through the internet, also because 
you can use it on more than one computer at the same time, or at least 
without worrying about carrying a dongle with you. Sorry, I know I'm 
probably making it sound awful, probably more than it is, but I really just 
can't stand dongles.
