Back up to iCloud, erase the entire iPhone, then restore the iCloud backup. 
PING me a message off list if you want a hand with it, and I'd be glad to give

this is strange i got the same thing so go to the settings general voice over 
and speech in there you have to set it to the daniel larger version or whwh 
ever voice or language you want. since the upgrade i have had to removed some 
apps because it keeps saying not enough storage even with the memory scan it 
still says it.
