Hi Alex, This comes up as a balloon. When you hear the message next time, press the slash key on the number pad, to left click, and JAWS will automagically click the balloon wherever it is on the screen. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find the button even using my jaws cursor, running jfw10 with Win Xp home edition and service pack 3. I have launched pc suite and tried to see if I could find somewhere in the menus to update the software but to no avail as yet. If anyone could let me know how I could do this, I would be grateful. I had thought may be I should get the latest download of the program and run it in the hope that the newest version might install over the top of what I already have, but is this wise to do this? Any help please?
