Hi David,
This app does exist, I use it on my Iphone and Ipad.
I have this app and it is great. If you search the App Store for TuneIn
Radio you should get to it. There are two versions, a free one and a paid
'pro' version.
If you cannot find it, please let me know and I'll see if I can email a link
to you.
