John,
I can only suggest you check the format of the disc you've received and ask
if they want you to format the disc in whatever you can for "those oldies"so
that they can send it between yourself and the Circle from now on.

hi there well this is a usb stick with info on it from an organisation called circle of guide dog owners. they have disicded now to send out info on a usb stick rather than cassetts but when i received my usb stick it would not play in my old apex or my u 2 so when i put it in the laptop windows 7 said that the stick needs to be reformated.
