Having owned a Toshiba laptop for many a long year, I would
personally caution against removing Toshiba's utilities.
They are not exactly "bloatware", but are written for the
hardware.

The Toshiba utilities are specific to the machine, they are
rarely very
exciting however you may not want to uninstall them, some
may have
useful functions.  Toshiba write their own utilities for the
chipset,
power management and some other functions normally handled
by the
standard control panel applets.
