[access-uk] Re: textpad users

Don't have the answer for your textpad enquiry, but shouldn't it be possible to 
get the ANSI/ASCI value via your screen reader?  There is a facility to do this 
in Window-Eyes, and I'm pretty certain the same must exist in JFW and HAL.
