No way. This is dated December 2002. You should have at least Version
1.0.41.
2. Is it safe to install it over my existing talx?
Yes, provided you turn off Talks. This option can be found in the phone's
menu. In your version, it will be talxoff.
3. If yes, will it automatically see my serial number.
