Alt Enter should work. Don't open your SD card before hitting Alt Enter.
Just highlight it on the list of devices in This PC (My Computer) and
press Alt Enter to bring up properties. If for some weird reason Alt
Enter still doesn't work, then highlight your SD card, press Application
(right mouse click) to bring up the context menu and choose properties
from there.
