and if there are any extra features you do feel should be included in future
versions, it is always worth mentioning them to GW, as they are generally
willing to listen, and if they can, will generally try to put them in.
for example, video call capability is something that has been mentioned a
lot for future versions, for things like support for blind and visually
impaired people from a distance, so seems to be a very popular requested
feature. unfortunately, this can't be done at the moment, as the skype
runtime they have been given doesn't support it. supposedly, they are going
to be given a new runtime that does, but when that is going to actually
happen, I don't know. originally, it was supposed to be around with in the
first half of this year, but to the best of my knowledge, there is still no
sign of it at the moment.

I agree; it's very easy to use, and as Simon says, you can communicate with
it without the hassle of facilities you'll probably hardly ever use.

gw connect, is gw micro's answer to skype, and the ways that it is becoming
less accessible.
ok, you don't get all the bells and whistles of actual skype, especially as
it has only been around since about last december, but it can't be beaten
accessibility and ease of use wise.

I can highly recommend gw connect from:
www.gwmicro.com
it is fully accessible, so no instructions really needed.
