and if there are any extra features you do feel should be included in future versions, it is always worth mentioning them to GW, as they are generally willing to listen, and if they can, will generally try to put them in. for example, video call capability is something that has been mentioned a lot for future versions, for things like support for blind and visually impaired people from a distance, so seems to be a very popular requested feature. unfortunately, this can't be done at the moment, as the skype runtime they have been given doesn't support it. supposedly, they are going to be given a new runtime that does, but when that is going to actually happen, I don't know. originally, it was supposed to be around with in the first half of this year, but to the best of my knowledge, there is still no sign of it at the moment.
