[access-uk] scart, not aerial

hi all, ok when i unplug the aerial from my goodmans box, the tv buzzing still 
continues, when however, i take out the main SCART cable from the freeview box 
next to the power socket, it stops so i think all this hassle i am having yes 
maybe due to aerial signal issues but i think the buzzing is from the scart
