If you mean changes you've made in the configuration mgr you can do it
by installing the new version and going to merge changes in the tools
submenu from the JFW menu.

Subject: [access-uk] saving files from another version of Jaws

Hello All, I am going to upgrade the version of Jaws soon and I wish
to know if I can save any files from Jaws 4.2, to reinstall later on?
I am intending to run the old version as well as the new one so I would
be very grateful for any help on this one. Regards
