[access-uk] Re: removing items from junk senders list

Hi George

I think it would be easier and safer if I left things as
they are. Ok messages are going to my junk folder but they
are easy enough to retrieve from there. I have set up a lot
of filters for messages but I can only set up so many.

Thanks

Adrien

Hi Adrien,

With "groups" like this one for example, all messages from
"access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx", regardless of who actually sent
the message, will be regarded as safe.

You can however add Domains if you wish, by selecting Junk
Pail Options, then navigating to the Safe Senders Tab where
you could manually add say "@freelists.org".

I'd possibly caution against that though in the case of
lists. Personally, I have set up Filters so that messages
from the different lists I have with freelists etc., go into
appropriate folders.

George.

Hi George

Thanks for that but what do I do if every message from a
particular group is being sent to my junk folder? how do I
add a domain or website so that messages from that group end
up in my in box and not the junk folder? For example, every
message from the help needed list and gabble seem to go to
that folder.

Hi Adrien,

In Outlook, right click on the message in the message list,
select Junk Mail, then select "Add to Safe Senders List".

Hi

A couple of my groups are going strait into my junk senders
folder. How can I stop this? I would like all mail to go in
to my inbox?
