Can you set up a macro in word with v.9 the way you can with v.7, if so, is
it easy to do? Thanks for any info.

Hi steve, i am glad you are getting on with finereader9. as you know, it
isn't particularly cheap. i have it, and have paid for it, so i don't
intend giving up on it, but at present, i seem to spend a lot of time
getting nowhere. still, it is nice to know that someone of your experience
