Graham, I remember you asked this question about two years back but I'm
not sure that I can remember our answer.

I am pretty sure that the Classic (200) used to say Braille 'n Speak
Ready, whereas the 640 probably said "Braille 'N Speak 640 ready".  If
in doubt, check the Revision which should give you a clue.  The Classics
are slightly smaller than the 640s and they, in turn, are a little
smaller than the Millennium.
