Hi Fran,

OK, are you running it from the desktop or the start menu? Sounds like your
desktop shortcut got corrupted.

First thing, delete it from the desktop. Find it there, and hit delete.
When asked are you sure, say yes.

Next, press the Windows key then find Internet Explorer in All Programs, but
don't press enter on it. Instead, press your applications key, then press N
for Send To, then arrow down to Desktop Create Shortcut.

Once you've pressed enter on that, you'll have a new Internet Explorer
shortcut on your desktop and it should run.

All the best

Steve

Subject: [access-uk] question re IE and JAWS 13

Does anyone know if there is a problem with IE 10 and JAWS 13. I appear to
have lost Internet. Explorer, it is not a problem with the server as I am
receiving emails, and also can connect with my ipod.

Cheers

Fran.
