Hi Fran, OK, are you running it from the desktop or the start menu? Sounds like your desktop shortcut got corrupted. First thing, delete it from the desktop. Find it there, and hit delete. When asked are you sure, say yes. Next, press the Windows key then find Internet Explorer in All Programs, but don't press enter on it. Instead, press your applications key, then press N for Send To, then arrow down to Desktop Create Shortcut. Once you've pressed enter on that, you'll have a new Internet Explorer shortcut on your desktop and it should run.
