Hi Kevin,Having read your very helpful message, and then gone on to the site, I found that Spamguard plus was trying to route legitimate e-mails to the bulk folder on the site, but because I had allowed those legitimate mails through using Outlook Express Message Rules, I was getting messages which, although legitimate , were being prefixed with BULK. Therefore I removed a tick from a box on the site and although I know that doing this will allow spam into my Outlook Express client, the message rules I have set up within my Outlook Express system, If they go on working as they are), will put any spam messages into the inbox of my OE, and from there I always delete them and then block the domain from which they are being sent, that is unless they are purporting to be from a bank, and in that case, I forward the message to reports@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx before deleting the message and blocking the domain.
