[access-uk] problem with openbook 8 on a windows 7 laptop

hi all hope all are ok i have a small problem i am running windows 7
ultimate on my laptop i have openbook 8 demo but the problem is that
when i read documents in openbook in say all mode it speaks draggingly
why is it like that
