Just before Christmas, I bought a Tape King from computer room services.
It is a talking memory tape measure along with memories, and audible level
indicator for horizontal, vertical, and inverted surfaces.
Not cheap, but works well to less than one degree.
Alternatively, I understand that there are apps available, but haven't used
any.
