Hi Emma,

Certainly you do. Mine is up to V5.19, so you can see there is quite a
difference.

All the best

I was entering #*0000* not *#0000#! My firmware version is V 2.0537.1.7
18-09-05 RM-84. Do I need to update it?

Hi

Your phone is in standby mode when you are at the main telephone screen, and
are able to enter numbers to make a telephone call.

You would enter *#0000# as if you were going to dial a phone number. The
firmware version should then be spoken. You can use Talks long Hash (press
Talks and hold Hash down for a second) to repeat this announcement.

Hope this helps.

How do I find out what firmware I have? Someone said enter #*0000* while in
standby mode, but I don't know how to put my phone in standby mode.

Hi Tris,

I take your points. I may wait until I have had the phone fora few more
years and then arrange for a dealer to update the firmware.
