Hi Tink,

Just a little tip. You don't have to move to the setup button, Alt-S will
activate it for you, so it is even quicker <Smile>.

All the best

Brian,

I get to it via the tree menu. Just below the Nod 32 entry in the
tree menu is an entry for Update. Open this to find a further sub-entry also
called Update.

Control Tab moves to the choices for that menu item. Using the down
arrow key once moves to the setup button and using the space bar to activate
it, you'll find slots for username and password in that dialogue.

I've got Jaws 7.0 and 7.1 (patched) on this machine, both of which
seem to work.

Regards,
Tink.

Subject: [access-uk] nod32 update

Hi

I have just started to use NOD32 for virus checking and I find it
considerably improves the responsiveness of the computer apart from it being
very good at what it is meant to do.

I have purchased enough licences for the computers I have, but although I
entered the username and password with which I was provided in order to
download the product, I presumably should need to enter it into the program.

According to the help, this information is required when NOD32 checks for
updates and so I would have thought entering this information was mandatory.

The help refers to a Setup button available off the update screen where the
details can be entered and updates scheduled. But while most of the
application is accessible, I do not appear to be able to locate the update
button and I am hopeful that someone can please provide an answer to this
one.

Thank you.
