Hi,
Try NVDA menu, general settings, voice settings, tab to speak numbers as, and change the settings with the arrows. HTH.

hi

wondering if anyone can help with this, not sure which version of windows or office the computer's running as its not mine, it belongs to a charity i'm going to be doing voluntary work for,

the problem is that when in excel n v d a isn't speaking out phone numbers how i'd like, it says the five digit code ok, as separate numbes but then gives the six digit phone number as so many million and so many thousand and so on rather than ordinary numbers, anyone know how to fix it, kate and myself had a play but it wasn't having it.

also, tried using an exit box using internet explorer and firefox but it wouldn't let me write unless kate clicked in the box and then it wasn't telling me what i was writing, it just kept saying blank line,

any ideas welcome
