[access-uk] music downloads from Amazon

Hi List,
I'm struggling a bit with the amazon download music facility. I'm also
not having much success with the Amazon cloud player. It seems to be
virtually inaccessible.
Does anyone on the list have any experiences and solutions regarding this?
