Yahoo's Customer Service in the UK is at 020 713 1100 but whether they could help over this type of issue I am not sure. When I had similar problems three years ago I got round them by setting up an @yahoo.co.uk address and using it only for Yahoo groups. But when I switched to Google Mail as my main address I found that using the Yahoo one was no longer necessary - no bouncing of Yahoo groups mail now.
