hi mel, the save attachments feature is unavailable. under the general tab of the properties of the message, it clearly says 5 attachments. i'm wondering whether they are somehow embedded attachments or something? don't even know if this is possible i'm just hunting for a reason here. smile. kevin - co-owner/moderator of the blind gamers discussion list email/msn: kream@xxxxxxxxxxxx ----- Original Message ----- From: "Mel Spooner" <mel.spooner@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Friday, May 06, 2005 2:53 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: message attachments, but not? Hi Kevin, I'm afraid I can't pretend to understand anything about the message header information that you have posted. However, I have had the problem with JAWS in the past where it says there are no attachments. If you go to file and save attachments, it may allow you to save them. I think this is a JAWS feature!!!
