hi mel, the save attachments feature is unavailable. under the general tab
of the properties of the message, it clearly says 5 attachments. i'm
wondering whether they are somehow embedded attachments or something? don't
even know if this is possible i'm just hunting for a reason here. smile.

Hi Kevin,

I'm afraid I can't pretend to understand anything about the message header
information that you have posted. However, I have had the problem with
JAWS in the past where it says there are no attachments. If you go to
file and save attachments, it may allow you to save them. I think this is
a JAWS feature!!!

hi all, odd one this. i've just been sent a message (i'm using O.E. by the
way). this message is supposed to have 5 or 6 attachments, word files to
be exact. my problem is, at the bottom of the actual message itself is a
list of 6 file names, but jfw tells me there are no actual attachments.
when i go into the message properties, i went into message source and
found out it's a multi-part message. first part is plain text as it should
be. the next part says the following:

------_=_NextPart_001_01C5523E.CDACCD92
Content-Type: application/msword; name="Lyon - xxxxx.doc"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Description: Lyon - xxxxx.doc
Content-Disposition: attachment;
 filename="Lyon - xxxxx.doc"

i've changed the file names mentioned for my own peace of mind. i had the
first file name highlighted when i went into properties and this is the
one taht appears above in the message source stuff. that appears to say
this/are attachments. but i can't figure a way to get to them. can anyone
suggest what's going on?
