It is not my description, it is howJVC describe the headphone.

If you search Amazon for JVC folding on earph earphones you will find lots of different model numbers with descriptions.

I am afraid I cannot help but the quietness of bluetooth haeadphones/ear phones
are one of the reason I have stuck with wired devices. This is one of the
reasons I got annoyed by Apple with its recent attempt to force the market off
wired earphones/headphones.  If somebody knows of a genuinely loud option that
does not cost a fortune I  too would be interested to know.

If anybody wants a tip on  a pair of good quality loud wired headphones, the
ones I am currently using, the JVC Folding on ear headphones presently
available at Sainsbury for £13 are absolutely great. I have bought 3 pairs for
the inevitable onset in the future of accidents etc. I am not sure if they will
be high spec enough for some listeners but then I have invested in expensive
headphones only to find that they are absolutely useless and a waste of money,
they probably produce great sound but not at a volume I can enjoy.
