But couldn't that be said of any upgrade to software?  This could have been 
incorporated into XP when it first came out.

  Microsoft even withdrew the application for a while on the basis that it was 
generating a lot of tech support calls from users who obviously did not 
understand what they were doing with the software.  Every new feature is a 
potential tech support call.

    It's a handy programme for all sorts of littel tweaks.  I don't understand 
    why it doesnt' come with XP as standard.
