No this is not genuine.  I had one ages ago, and reported it to Ebay.  They
told me that it is not genuine at all.

i'd say it's rubbish! delete it! i had one of those today too. if it's the
same as mine, you'll see it's not exactly well written. the style and
wordings all wrong to have been anything official from ebay. and there's
nothing wrong with my EBay account.
