Odd that they didn't read and reply to the only message that explained how to

  what are you suggesting Peter LOL!

  I found that method a bit annoying when there were different e-mails with
  famillier subject headings of past posts but, the body of e-mail was saying
  the same thing.  I don't think that's gonna solve the problem somehow.
