I suppose the reason most companies will not do this is that they could not
sell the product as new if you have used it. It would, I assume, have to be
sold as a demonstration model at a discount.
Having said that, having something on approval is really the only way to
find out if it is for you or not.
Please let us have your impressions. i for one would be very interested.

Well I rang optelec to enquire about their new cleareader machine and they
said I can when it out, have it in my home for a no obligation seven day
trial to see how it fits in with my lifestyle. Why do not all companies do
this with braillesense, braillenotes, trekkers etc.
