[access-uk] help with my yahoo mail account

Hello,
Please can you help me.
With some of my e-mails I can not find a link that
says add to address book when I open some of them?
Is there a reason for it and can I fix it or do you
have to do it for me?
As I get quite a lot of e-mails I have set-up filters
and made up folders for some of my e-mails.
Could that be the problem or not?
If not what do I do?
Can you reply back as quickley as you can please?
