[access-uk] having problems with System Access can any one help

hi folks.
any one having problems with System Access.
yesterday it update itself.
today when I booted up it told me that System access had encountered a
problem and as to shut down.
also the icon for the System Access server in the system tray as shut down.
what can I do now any ideas.
