Hi Katherine, when I went to see Hannah for the day, I did just that, and it certainly solved the fact that Outlook Express wasn't running at all, even after a reboot, but it hasn't solved the problem she's got now. In fact, I had to delete all her identity settings from the registry, as well as delete the dbx files, in order for Outlook Express to run at all. So this won't help I don't think. Thanks though, greatly appreciated. Then start Outlook Express again and if it works properly, close it and reintroduce the folders one by one (opening OE in between each one). If you want further help on trying this let me know, I've done it lots of times which isn't a good thing but it's a useful thing :-) Catherine ----- Original Message ----- From: "Hannah Day" <hannahday1989@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, October 24, 2007 10:12 PM Subject: [access-uk] had to remove internet exploer 6 > Hi all > > For the past few months i have been having problems with out my out look > express it seemed to crash while it was running in the back ground quite > often. > > So tonight i decided to remove internet explorer 7 does any one think > it's a good idea and has any one had this problem regards hannah > ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- > ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] > ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: > ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > ** and in the Subject line type > ** unsubscribe > ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the > ** immediately-following link:- > ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] > ** or send a message, to > ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq > ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
