Barry, I tried one of those and for some reason it didn't work. No idea why, but there was nothing coming out of the Amp at all.

I tried to connect it up through a fono cable to my amp and am only getting sound out of one speaker. I've now got to find a way of connecting my Goodmans and DVD player through my Amp so that I can have sound through the Amp but not have to have the TV turned on.
