[access-uk] freeview signal

hi all, ok my good mans freview signal is perfect on the tv itself but i think
on the free view platform the audio description has broken as if the signal was
bad, surely the tv would be distorted so not sure now what to do but don't
really want to go back toe ky, just for audio description
