[access-uk] for martin re smart talk auto standby

Hi Martin, to turn off auto standby open the main menu, choose option 5,
technical settings. In the technical settings menu choose option 5. option 1 on
the auto standby menu is turn auto standby on or off. Select that option. The
setting defaults to on. Use the down arrow to change to the off setting. Press
OK.
