Hi Husna,
to export messages in windows live mail 2011, see the importing and exporting messages and contact section of this guide to windows live mail 2011:
http://goo.gl/mnHqJ

I've tested it, and it appears to work.

David.

could some one give me step by step instructions on how to export messages in
wlm as at the moment it just exports one message no matter how many messages
are in the folder.

Husna
