Hi.
Sounds like your using some kind of Samantec product, virus checking
spieware or something and Vista and the app are having a disagreement.
May be worth checking to see if there is an update to the Samantec app you
are using, sometimes and only sometimes the check on line thing works but
don't hold your breath.
