[access-uk] envelope lists

Hi
I have a list of addresses which I use for printing my addresses on to
envelopes. For some unknown reason, it has got messed up. some lines have 8
lines, some have 3. is there an easy way to create an envelope list where
all the addresses automatically land in the same place on my screen, at
present I have to count so many lines down and this can be rather tedious.
Would a macro do this job for me?
