[access-uk] easymobile.com accessible?

Hi all, does anyone use their services?  If so, do you experience any problems 
with the customer support live chat using Jaws 6.2?
Can not access it.
The rest of the site is accessible.

Their mobile charges are quite low and a move might be considered.
