Hi Jackie and list,
it is amazing how the same apps on iphone and android are different.
namely the shredder chess app on the iphone is really accessible but on android is just not usebale at all. I really strugle to use the web on my android but find with the iphoneit's a much better experience. I think Steve Nutt has done great with the android and for a totally blind person makes good use of it. I love blind square and an example tomorrow is that my train does not stop at Morecambe so I must get off at lancaster. because of for square I can look about to see what's in lancaster and call for a meal or a beer.
Grace will guide but with the satnav it is getting more usefull for us.
not got time now but wonder what people use on android for satnav.
I am shortly to acquire a second hand braille pen 12 so hope I can connect it to my android devices. very interesting how things are turning out and as Ian said onhis very good post the reading experience is so much better now.
cheers then.
