[access-uk] desktop.ini file appearing in folders

Hi List,

Just recently I have noticed that when I create a new folder and put files
in it, suddenly I notice a desktop.ini file appearing at the bottom of the
list.  I generally delete it but it annoys me that it always pops up like an
annoying pimple.

How can I stop this happpening?
