Hi Jim,AA files are Audible formats. They're not Apple audio formats. I believe that you can't directly convert Audible files to MP3. To do this you have to burn the Audible files to an audio CD, then rip that audio CD as an MP3 file.
To burn Audible files to a CD use Nero or iTunes. There are guides on how to do this in the help section on the Audible site. To rip as MP3 files use WMP, CDX or any other application of your choice.
