[access-uk] connecting usb 1 compatable device in usb 2 slot

Hi everyone,
Just looking around ebay, lol. looking at usb bluetooth dongles for the
mobile phone. on the specs, these dongles seem to be usb 1 compatable.
well, I've used up all 2 of my usb 1 connectors and have about 3 usb 2 ports
spear. So, can i connect a usb 1 compatable device in a usb 2 slot? Can it
be done?
