Adriene,

In my opinion, a talking watch which only lasts two or three months on a
battery is more trouble than it is worth. The inconvenience and cost of
keeping up to its unreasonable battery demands make it not suitable for
purpose to my way of thinking, and I would therefore return it stating this
and tell them that you want a similar replacement but which has a reasonable
battery life expectation or your money back.

Only by people doing this will they rethink what they supply and make sure
in future that they only supply goods which have a reasonable battery life.

John.

Subject: [access-uk] cobalt's w16 watch

Hi

A year or so back I brought one of cobalt's w16 watches with
alarm and timer and several other functions, it broke and I
returned it to them in June, they fixed it and replaced the
battery, the battery is already going unfortunately, I am
not going to send it back again, does anyone know of a
similar watch please? I am loathed to buy another watch from
cobalt as they don't seem to last very long nowadays.

Regards

Adrien
