[access-uk] Re: bullet shortcut key in word

Hi David,

Ctrl + Shift + l works here or Word 2003.  However, you have
to begin typing for the bullet to appear.

Beware, each time you press Return, it will create another
bullet, so better make sure you know how to turn it off.
