[access-uk] bitrates and sample rates on the Zoom H1

Hi everybody, I got someone to check the Zoom to see if the bitrate and sample
setting had a default, as they wrap. Luckily they do. MP3 defaults to 192K and
wav to 44.1. There are only three mp3 bitrates, 192K, 256K and 320K. As it
defaults to 192 both other settings can be reached with a single press of the
forward and back buttons respectively, back takes you to 320K, and forward
takes you to 256K.
